Is TSA PreCheck or Global Entry Worth the Hassle?

TSA PreCheck is worth the hassle for frequent travelers. The program allows travelers to go through expedited security screening at participating airports in the United States, which means they can keep their shoes, belt, and light jacket on, and leave their laptop and liquids in their bag. The process is faster and less stressful, allowing travelers to get through security quickly and comfortably. Additionally, TSA PreCheck is valid for five years, so it's a one-time hassle for years of convenience. While there is a fee associated with the program, the time and stress saved during travel make it a worthwhile investment for anyone who flies frequently.

If you don't fly internationally, then Global Entry may not be worth the hassle or the cost for you. The program is designed to expedite the customs and immigration process when entering the United States from abroad. It's worth noting that Global Entry includes TSA PreCheck, so if you think you might be traveling more internationally in the future, it might be the way to go.

Erwin Birthday Group to Scottsdale, Arizona

Devan was turning 40 and his wife Fallon knew it was a milestone that deserved an epic celebration. We spent several months planning a long weekend getaway to Scottsdale, Arizona, with Devan's family and closest friends. The group stayed at the luxurious Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, which offered an indulgent retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hotel's sprawling grounds included a variety of amenities, including multiple pools, world-class restaurants, and a championship golf course.

In addition to the luxurious accommodations, we had arranged a private ATV tour through the Sonoran Desert. The group spent hours exploring the rugged terrain, taking in the stunning vistas and wildlife along the way. The adventure was topped off with a gourmet dinner at Bourbon Steak, the hotel's signature fine dining restaurant. The group savored every bite of the delectable cuisine, sipping on rare bourbons and reminiscing about past adventures. Overall, the long weekend was a perfect celebration of Devan's milestone birthday, filled with unforgettable memories that will last at least another 40 years.
